Access to and use of the Oditfy platform - our AI expense audit product - is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement ("MSA") or Subscription Agreement executed individually with each customer. Product terms are negotiated on a per-customer basis, typically for contract terms of one to three years.
If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a signed MSA or Subscription Agreement, the executed agreement takes precedence for platform-related matters.
